One of the tips to prevent the risk of diaper rash is to change your little one's diaper regularly. In a day the baby's diaper needs to be changed every 4 hours. Because if the use of diapers is left for more than once every 4 hours it can cause rashes, irritation, evenUrinary Tract Infection (UTI) or urinary tract infection. To be able to properly support the function of diapers, diapers generally have an inner layer, a core layer with absorbent material, and an outer layer.

Basically, good diapers are diapers that have a soft inner layer and do not contain harmful ingredients for baby's skin. Then the core layer requires an absorbent material that can accommodate large amounts of liquid, as well as a waterproof outer layer. This not only creates comfort for the baby, but also makes it easier for the mother to care for the little one.

MAKUKU is the pioneer of diapers with a core structureSuper Absorbent Polymer (SAP) in Indonesia is working with the Institute for Research and Community Service, Atmajaya Catholic University of Indonesia to test the absorption rate of MAKUKU diapers compared to similar products on the market. As a result, the core technological capabilities of the SAP structure in MAKUKU SAP Diapers Slim absorb fluids better than traditional diapers based on the basepulp.

Daru Seto Bagus Anugrah, S.Si., M.Eng,from Institute for Research and Community Service, Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesiasaid, "When tested with tap water and salt water (0.9% w/v), the swelling ability of the absorbent core of MAKUKU SAP Diapers Slim was respectively 77.07% and 58.83%. Meanwhile, other diapers are at 72-76% and 44-57%, respectively. This proves that MAKUKU SAP Diapers Slim has a higher absorption capacity compared to similar diapers. Not only does it have high absorption, the pH of SAP from MAKUKU is also at a safe level for healthy skin, namely at 5.9.

Jason Lee, CEO MAKUKU Indonesiasaid, “One of MAKUKU's strengths as a brand that focuses on quality technology lies at the core of SAP's structure. The absorbent core of MAKUKU SAP Diapers Slim consists of ingredientsnonwoven and SAP. Unlike other disposable diapers, MAKUKU SAP Diapers Slim is the thinnest diaper and has no pulp in its absorbent material. Besides having high absorption, the core SAP structure technology in MAKUKU SAP Diapers Slim is also able to lock liquids so that they do not cause lumps or leaks in the diapers. This can reduce the risk of changes in skin pH which can cause diaper rash.”

MAKUKU SAP Diapers Slim comes in adhesive type (Newborn, S, M sizes) and pants (M, L, XL, XXL sizes) starting from Rp. 51,000;00 to Rp. 197,000;00 MAKUKU SAP Diapers Slim is available at Hero, Grand Lucky, AEON, Transmart in Java and Bali, and Diamond Supermarket or for those who are more comfortable shopping online, you can visit the MAKUKU Indonesia Official account at Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok Shop, and Tokopedia.
